The Villa

The lavish living area has an open plan layout with high vaulted ceilings, ideal to relax whilst watching the Huge Flat Screen TV!! There is a lovely kitchen, which of course is fully fitted with everything you will need during your stay, including dishwasher, ice maker, cooker plus much more...

The first master bedroom is on the ground floor Fitted with a deluxe furniture package guaranteeing total luxury and relaxation. This bedroom has a king size bed for added comfort which is magnificent for climbing into for a relaxing nap after a long day at the Disney park or the mall. This room also has the added ease of an en-suite bathroom with a large bath tub and separate shower with tiled seat. The room also features a large walk in wardrobe in true American style.

The Second Master bedroom is situated upstairs and is elegantly furnished to a very high standard with upgraded king size bed for added comfort. This bedroom also has a large walk in wardrobe and a stunning en-suite bathroom with bath and shower.

The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed and is also situated upstairs within the villa. The room is strikingly furnished with upgraded furniture and luxuries. It is perfect to relax in after a day in the Florida sun.

The last two bedrooms are fitted with Twin Beds and share an adjacent bathroom each bedroom with its own theme. The first bedroom is decorated in idyllic natural colours within a relaxing surrounding ideal for unwinding. While the second bedroom is decorated in an exciting Disney theme. With Disney murals, toys and accessories. This is perfect for the little ones to live the magic of Disney throughout their stay!!

The Villa also caters for the extra small Mickey Mouse fans with a cot and highchair available for use to make sure that everything to the last detail is catered for. There is also a Games Room inside the villa, when Mickey Mouse gets too much for the children.

The use of a digital safe is available to ensure the protection of personal belongings while you are staying in the villa. The Tuscan Hills development is also a gated community ensuring that you are secure at all times.

The villa has a beautiful private pool area with spa which is perfect for taking a day off from the parks and enjoying some family fun! The pool has the feature of a safety fence which can be used to keep children out of the area when unsupervised and removed when required.
Once again this area is fitted with all the necessary furniture to make your stay in Florida more enjoyable.

The villa is air conditioned throughout and has ceiling fans in main rooms and out on the lanai. The villa is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. In the colder months the pool can be heated at an extra cost.
